Front Squat work
8 sets of 1 at 235. Rest ~ 60 seconds between sets.
Single set of 20 back squats at 135.... this actually wasn't all that bad.

I'm a former Dartmouth Grad students that is currently training with a mixture of CrossFit/Wendlar/Poliquin prinicles. I use this site to record my results as a workout log and as a place to post my thoughts on everything fitness. Importantly, I am not a crossfit trainer nor affiliate.
