4/26/11 And He's BACK

Finally got some internet in this place! I moved down to D.C. a few weeks back and its taking me a little while to get adjusted. I did some crossfit at crossfit balance, some olympic lifting and some bouldering as well. I also got a nasty stomach bug and lost a bunch of pounds but feel healthy now.

The biggest challenge is that I'm going to be putting in ass loads of time at work and training is going to have to be put a little bit on the back burner. Really the 3rd most important thing right now in life... at best. I enjoy the training but its not going to run my life or compromise my career.
